Sprospark is a local, owner-led electrical contracting business founded by Mike Sproson. After more than two decades working across three continents—from UK factories to Australian mines and Thai hotels—Mike brought that big‑project discipline home and launched Sprospark Electrical in 2023. Mike’s Journey

• 2002 – The spark is lit: At 16, Mike begins a four‑year apprenticeship with Alard Electrical Ltd, learning commercial and industrial installations the traditional, hands‑on way.

• Australia: Post‑apprenticeship, he heads Down Under to work on hotel developments, mining projects and sports stadia.

• South East Asia: Mike then moves to Phuket, Thailand, designing and supervising mechanical & electrical installations for large hospitality projects.

• Back to the UK (2017): Returning home, he delivers major works in nuclear energy, retail, food processing and other industrial environments.

• Sprospark Electrical (2023): Founded with a vision to grow a successful business built on outstanding workmanship, transparent pricing and genuine customer care.
